Blended Dual Diagnosis Essentials

Overview
This combination of online and teleconference training aims to develop a skilled workforce that is better equipped to support people who experience co-occurring metnal health and substance misuse issues (Dual Diagnosis).
Learning Outcomes
The training will introduce participants to the key principles of dual diagnosis; recognition, knowledge and practice tools.
Blended DD Essentials Training:
- The online program consists of three 20 minute modules covering an introduction to the key principles of dual diagnosis including recognition, knowledge and practice tools.
- The two Zoom sessions, each 90 minutes, will focus on practical application of DD specific tools and practices in the context of your work with DD clients.
- The online module will be launched on 7th September (a link will be sent to participants). This allows two weeks to complete the modules prior to the Zoom sessions.
- The first Zoom session will be on Wednesday 23rd September, 12:00 to 13:30.
- The second Zoom session will be on Wednesday 30th September, 12:00 to 13:30.
